Choose m4a or WAV, including 44.1 kHz / 16-bit, 48 kHz / 24-bit, or 48 kHz / 32-bit float. Choose the front or rear microphone, watch left and right input meters, and listen back in the app. You can adjust playback volume without changing the original audio file.
Record video with stereo sound
Switch from stereo audio recording to video to capture camera footage and stereo audio in one clip. The original audio file is kept separately. Video recording is a Full version feature and is available during the 7-day trial. Camera permission is required. Video audio is AAC.
Keep music playing while you record
Play music while making a stereo recording. Check elapsed time and stop from the Lock Screen or by long-pressing the Dynamic Island.
Free recording limits
The free version records up to 5 minutes per take and saves up to 2 recordings. The Full version lets you record longer performances and save unlimited recordings.
